Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service and making sure organizations are maximizing the Funraise platform

Serving as the customer’s primary point of contact for any questions, exceeding organizations’ expectations

Providing a thorough onboarding experience to set a customer up for success

Becoming an expert in the Funraise platform

Recognizing strategic opportunities to upgrade a customer’s account, sell additional services, and maximize their online fundraising efforts

Requirements

BS/BA degree or equivalent in account management/customer success role

2-4 years of experience in an account management, customer success, or sales role

Proven ability to provide exceptional customer support and comfort in customer-facing role

Standout communication skills through written, verbal, and nonverbal methods

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with dynamic personalities

Passion for building and maintaining long-term relationships

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment
